This is a set of Birthday SCE for the all the Girls. These are so cute when wrapped and I added a pompom to the top of the birthday hat for a 3D look. You could do this or just leave it plain. If you have your own party hat you like, place it on top of mine and then you can add any color pompom to the top of the hat too. This will give you any color you want for the party hat.
You get 30 total (6 Girl designs in 5 different color backgrounds)
