Paper & Printer

I'm new to this, and I wanted to start by buy the most important supplies like paper & printer. What type of paper is good for your projects & what printer works best for you?

WOW, Aida, those are two huge questions!  Everyone on here will have different opinions on both.  My personal opinion...if you can afford it, get a good laser printer.  It's more expense initially, but in the long run you'll save money.  Some folks like the HPs...I have a Konica-Minolta and it works really well.  I use  Hammermill Color Laser Gloss paper for almost everything (some items I use card stock - such as mint matchbooks and post-it note card holders, etc.).  

Of course it depends if you're planning to print a lot of wrappers, etc.  If not, a good inkjet printer will be sufficient.  If you click on the little magnifying glass and then scroll down to the search box and type in "printer" or "paper", I'm sure you'll get lots of posts to check out.  Like I said, everyone's needs and opinions are different.

right in the section you used are lots of post made about paper and ink. there is a paper sold at staples called heavyweight and is 28 lbs and is an orange wrapper that says for inkjet and laser. that is an excellent paper. or find any good 24-28lb paper for inkjet.
