Have you tried printing it from another program? Can you save it as a jpeg or png and put it in another program and print?

Undo the windows updates, go back to the week before it started to happen. You can check with microsoft.com's knowledge base to see if others are having the same problem with their printers.

Maybe the electrical connection between your computer and your printer is faulty? Just grasping at straws here - it sure is strange!!!

My printer is wireless! But it gets better! I got this *** idea to print from my laptop and it prints fine, but my desktop prints light!

I don't know, just happy to be able to get these orders out to the customer! Then I will try to figure out what the issue is with the desktop. Very strange!!!!! Thanks all for trying to troubleshoot for me, very much appreciated!!!
