NEW ANGEL POLICY UPDATE
 
I have decided to update my Angel Policy so that more people can make a living selling their own creative designs. Every graphic collection on Dazzlemania.com now follows these new Terms of Use. It will take me a while to change and upload these new rules in each collection, so just use this new Angel Policy for your reference. So all of my graphic artwork and collections can now be used for digital products as long as they are not mass produced in a factory like setting.
 
Please do not offer my graphic collections as is, in Tube format or any other transparent format. You must make something new with them. Pleased flatten them (merge them into the background) and save them as a .jpg or .bmp file before offering them to others. You must also give Dazzlemania Design credit on all web site pages that include my work, including my web address which is dazzelmainia.com
 
You may not re-sell any of my ready made printables or candy wrapper collections as downloads. You must make something new with my graphic artwork. You may still print my printables and candy wrappers and sell them that way to your customers.
