I've looked all over town for Rolos to make those cute Santa cigars I snagged a few days ago.  Where does everyone find them?

Not a silly question at all, i went thru the same thing trying to find Rolo's, i saw some in Michael's they wanted like $1 for one roll, i was like say what,LOL.  Didnt see any in Walmart or Sam's...so i kinda gave up,looked in my supermarket, nothing, then one day i was in Target, and BAM they have them. I should go get a box before they stop selling them, they are by the register you buy them single but if you luck up might see a full box, or can make a full box, i think i'll walk over tomorrow just because im thinking about,lol.

Thank you.  Of course I was at Target tonight and Walmart and Big Lots.  I'll check it out.  I can't believe how they've changed the packaging on all of the candy.  I used to make these candy ornaments like a train and race car. Was going to make some for my craft show but with the new packaging, it doesn't work anymore.  I was extremely bummed.  13 years ago when I make them, they sold like hot cakes.  Doing my second craft show this weekend. Hope it works out better than last one.

You mean with Lifesavers?  I think they are wrapping them different just because they know people do the candywrapping thing, you just have to figure out a different went to wrap them is all.

Lifesavers and the gum.  The gum used to be more rectangle and taller.  now its skinny and doesn't seem to look quite right.  I'll have to play with it some more and think the design through better.  Oh and most imporant, they used to wrap the mints by twisting the ends, now they are closed baggies. The wheels didn't look the same either.

Here, in Illinois...the Rolos are at Sam's Club...for less than the grocery stores.

But not all the time, unfortunately! Tried for the past 2 wekends to get them here, in Des Plaines.

I wish i saw some in the grocery stores..Target they are $0.69 a pack.

Here in downstate Illinois, I get them at Walmart for 50 cents each or local IGA has them for 79 cents...I just did 25 for a birth of a baby!
