Thanks for sharing this info, I know lots of members are always on the lookout for ideas on how to display their craft fair items.
It would be great if you could take pictures, maybe if you can't take picture sof the other tables, some of your would be great too!
I also think people are more inclined to buy items when they don't feel obligated to do so, ie: with someone standing behind the counter. I also did a few chuyrch and scholl fairs but they just don't bring in that much of a clientelle, I guess this would partly be due to the fact that the people that attend these type of craft fairs are just curious and want to support the community, but aren't really in the mood to spend.
I also like the ideam of items displayed nicely, it just makes such a difference, if something looks appealing then your sale is already halfway done!!!

thanks Linda will try and find that link again.. I really appreciate your advice on the copyright however it is something I am always aware of, We all need to be super careful.. I have started using some of this type of game/puzzle as activities in my scripture classes and I am on the lookout to have different ones. These are not sold in any way just given to the kids, hoping to make their lessons fun and memorable.

Okay here is one link...there seems to be a lot of these out there on you tube etc but all seem to go too fast for me.

I am using illustrator CS3 and I love to be able to resize the graphic to any size I want. I did a course online Lynda.com but I am only using the basics, it takes time to learn.
I started with WC after PSP and when i went mad because I couldn't resize I learnt Illustrator. I don't regret it I am very happy with it.

I also bought a graphic tablet and i used it for a while but as I still don't use brushes the mouse does just as well.

Go for your goal!

Hi Sharyn I think I know what you are looking for but for clarification can you direct me to a UTube link so that I don't steer you in the wrong direction?

On the same note ... be carefull and pay attention to printable games and puzzles... they have the same type of copy write laws as graphics do. There are lots and lots out there but most are copy write protected. Many of the educational companies have these types of items that you are looking for, however many you can print and even in some cases share (there are rules pertaining to sharing also) but the copy write laws will not allow you to 'sale' them.

In many of the 'kid' gift cans I make I include "printables" However... I add a statement  saying that I am not charging for ....... item since it was not created by me.... and I share the source so that the parent may go to their website and download or purchase other materials by this company. By doing this I actually have many parents purchase from me just because of the honesty and the Theme'd can's and totes I do.

Hope this helps... feel free to contact me if you want
