Help Please 2in (5cm) Glass Cruet Template

Hi - Is there a template for a 2in (5cm) Glass Cruet, it's a little glass jar that you can place candy in with a metal lid.  I would like to place a label on the lid or jar and use it for my son graduation decoration.  Greatly appreciate all help.

Is the top of that glass flat, cause the ones I am seeing have knob like tops.
