Good morning everyone,

I just recently bought the wrapcandy software (download version) and I love the stuff! when I saw some of the member's projects, they are just awesome! I wanted to know how can I get the cake slices template? I saw one from the forum but I don't know how it should go. Please help! Thanks a lot!

Here is a one that I have. Just change the icing and decorate. The easiest way to to print them is to right click on the file, choose "print picture", the size is "full page fax print" and set the number of times to use the picture to 12. It makes the biggest size your printer can handle and 12 pieces is a full "cake". I'm not sure of the WC size.

If you like to make them, you out to check out the del. doodles half price sale. Tracy makes beautiful cake slices and she has some really unique ones. I'm addicted to her boxes :-)

Hi , it's me again...just a quick one...i just forgot to ask..can i also design from the PC itself before printing? Or i have to decorate them manually? Sorry for my ignorance :)

You can fill in the design in any program that you like. I meant to tell you, the triangle on the far left is the bottom, so you don't have to color that to save ink or you can save it for a message :-).

I would do the manual thing unless you were making them for kids to decorate as part of an activity. It was a big hit for my son's preschool class. I gave them the cardstock with the cake slice printed out, they colored, I cut them out and assembled them while they were at lunch, and they got to fill them up to take home. They really liked being a part of the craft!

Heather what a cute idea. I would not want to try to cut and fold that quickly because I hate that part, but I bet the kids really enjoyed it. This year for Christmas I printed out hundreds of icicles and pinch boxes and then spent the weekend at my mom's house so she could fold them as I cut. She can do it really quickly and well, as I guess you can.
