Party Favor idea...maybe?

I saw some mini pinatas on ebay made from stock quality paper.  

Does anyone know how to make these or can figure out how to make them?  

They are reusable with a place in the top to fill it.  about 7" in height and 3 1/2" diameter. (sizes could most likely be changed)

I was searching for new ideas for favors to make for my daughters birthday coming up soon. She will be 10 and wants something different this year since she thinks she's grown!  I was hoping one of you creative designers can come up with a way to put these together and maybe even a blank template.  I've played around and can't figure out how they would be made.

Am I allowed to post other peoples pics on here?  The one I saw had Hannah Montana on it, but they had other designs.  If its ok, I will post one.  OR can I post a link to the ebay auction on here?
