Question about 4.0-4.5 oz candy bars

Is $1.00 a good price for these?

I've never bought or priced them, but one of the drugstores near me has them 10 for $10.00, so I was wondering if that's a good price or should I wait and see if I can get them cheaper.

That is a very good price they sell normally for $1.75.  I know the one store here just had the same sale and I picked up some.  And than someone on here had said that Target had the regular hersheys 6 packs for $2.00 called my son and he picked me up some of those.  So that made me happy I try to pick up my candy only when in is on sale if I can.
