Small box or sack needed

I am hosting a "Down on the Farm" party for a group at church and I thought it would be cute to make small "feed bags" for everyone.  In my mind I was thinking  something about 3-4" tall and just open and straight across the top.  I'm planning on filling them with chex party mix.  If someone has a template I could use that would be great.  My plan was to cut them out of paper bag paper, cover it with burlap  and just write "Feed" down the front.  Thanks in advance!

pinch bags can always do the trick and you can print the label without the closing cover. Take the template, size it to 3 or 4 inches, that way you can make at least 2 per page.
