So as I'm sure you all know by now I'm addicted to Pintrest almost as much as WC. lol
I was checking out what was new today and came across this and thought it would be great for all of us.
I can't count how many times I've made bag toppers and was so disappointed once I stapled the top to the bag and the staple stuck out like a sore thumb. Until this, what a great idea take a paint pen and paint the staple to a color that will coordinate with your top.

You can buy colored staples.

I never use staples on my bag toppers, I use double sided tape and it looks really nice and holds really well.

As someone else said you can buy colored staples, i have some as a matter of fact.. I do different types of bagtoppers depends on who its for , for kids i dont use staples, i do the where you cut a slit and put the bag thru it and then tape it down.

I do this with my bag toppers I use a sharpie to color the staples prior to stappeling the topper so they always blend in with the topper as I'm always the last on the train I never thought to share this as I figured you all already did it

Such a simple, yet not immediately thought of, idea!  Thank you for posting it.  I love Pinterest and find it to be wonderfully relaxing late at night.
