It's a beautiful day here in Jersey and I woke up thinking about what brings a smile to my face. We have a habit of going out and spending money on things to make us happy but there are just some things just can't be bought.

I thought it would be fun if we started a thread on what brings a smile to our faces I'll start it off

A babies laugh.
When my pillow gets hot and I turn it over to a nice cool side.
When my little dog comes running and jumps in my lap to give me a kiss.

Okay I started it please keep it going and lets see how many smiles

we can make happen

I am a simple person .....lots of things bring a smile to my face...here are a few that happened yesterday

my 11 year old niece coming through the front door yelling "helloooo Pauley Wally Wooo "

the sound of a voice of a good friend over the phone

seeing things come to life and start growing in my garden

My family is awesome, I feel like I am so very blessed.These are my two youngest grandchildren,Baylee Grace is 6 and Dawson is 3 and they make me smile everyday.

A few things that make me smile:

Seeing the faces of clients when they see the custom items I made (ie: candy buffet, tutu bags, personalized candy bars)

My babies (tootsie roll and Angel)

Seeing a rainbow after a storm
SPRING -- I just love SPRING, everything about it brings a smile to my face!
Waves crashing on the shore
Seagulls
Children

I could go on and on!

When my cat meows when I talk to her! LOL
gardening and sitting in the garden when the flowers grow.....looking at all the pretty colors
watching the birds in my yard
when the neighbor hood kids say "Mia, you are NOT old" lol

New life beginning in the garden when Spring hits.
The smile on a friend's face when she just learns she passed her nursing exit exams.
When a student gets the "I get it" look on their face. (I call this the Light bulb moment) LOL
When my son comes in the middle of the night to remove my glasses and turn off my TV because I have fallen asleep.
Seeing an old friend you haven't seen in 20 yrs.
