cwr files?

I find graphics I like but it says they are cwr files and cannot be opened with wrap candy can someone help me please to fix this?
Please explain in baby terms! Ha ha!

I think it depends on which version of Wrap Candy you use. A lot of us have Version 7.2 or 7.3. (I'm using 7.3) If you have a lower version, you can't open them.

CWR files are the format for Wrap Candy. Candy WRapper
Click the attachment, Save and save to your template folder.
These need to be Saved then Opened in the software.

Graphics are inserted...use the mountain icon or Edit and Add Image to pop onto your wrapper from it's location.
Click the graphic to enlarge, then right mouse click Save as Image or Picture into your graphic folder.

Use Documents to make these folders.

When you are working on a wrapper, adding graphics, text, etc. and when done, at this point you choose File/Save As and it 'becomes' a cwr file, a template and save into your template folder. Hope this makes sense.

These templates you make can be reused over and over just by changing the names or graphic and renamed. You can have many of the same templates/wrappers for different customers.

Just so you know, I deleted your other 2 as they were duplicated. Give your post a little time for members to see. You can always 'bump' it, meaning reply to yourself if it drops down and no replies yet.

Just hit Reply, then bump it...typing bump. You'll get the hang of this. I've been here over 5 years and just now getting the hang of it...LOL J/K

I'm not to computer savvy not sure I know how to do this but will try, now the graphics I have found are pictures on the net and made a graphic, does that matter?

Be careful of pictures/graphics off the net. We can't use copyrighted here or for commercial use;website, etc. For personal use that's up to you.

Always check the TOU (Terms of Use) to make sure it's ok for commercial use.
