Don't know what Happened--Solved**

All of a sudden I cannot print or preview my wrappers I designed.  I am registered so don't know where to find out what to do.  I have a wedding coming up in August that I have to make candy bars for so need help soon.

Barb, I emailed you back on both your emails. Your account is ok. If you are registered than your problem with the printing might be that your graphics are too large and won't 'send' to the printer. If you see...the Print and choose print and it just sits there...than you need to reduce the size of your graphics as there may be too many or too large of what you are layering on your template. Use PIXRESIZER

It reduces your original graphic without ruining the original but sizes it down. Like a 3000x3000 will be 600x600 a more workable graphic. I think this is your problem because as I mentioned, your account is fine.

Unless you installed the software without the netframe files if using XP or Vista 32bit. You need those files for the software to behave properly.

She is fixed. She was using 7.0 Basic and Windows 7 and for some odd reason it would not accept her registration until I had her download and install 7.1 Basic and she registered...was able to pull up her templates and she's back in business.

For anyone using 7.0 Basic still...you need to update to the 7.1 Basic if you are having similar problems with registration or trying to print.
