No Can Wrappers?

I was just looking at this old post and it said Nabisco doesn't allow Lifesavers to be wrapped. 
Maybe I'm reading this wrong but I wondered is there any other candies we are not allowed to wrap?

I like the topper here.  It wouldn't let me bump it up. I guess because its too old.

Until the candy police come knocking on my door i wrap what i wanna wrap,lol. I mean seriously do you think they are going to hunt you down? I think all of the hoopla about some candies that are not to be wrapped, its if you are doing them commercially, like say you make wrappers and sell them in your local stores, thats would be a no no.  Most candy can be wrapped if its for personal use, so you sell the wrapper and the buyer wraps it themselves.

I don't worry at all if I do wrap for personal use, I bought it I can do whatever I want with it.  it's more commercially that I was concerned about. I just never thought about it until I read that post.  I knew you couldn't take off the original wrapping but didn't think past that.   :>)

A lot of "big" wedding companies sell the lifesavers wrapped. So I don't know. It seems like the candy companies would be making more sales if they let us wrap their product. But I know they have their rules and its hard to keep track of everyone's rules. I'm glad everyone talks about it on here.
