Ryan or mods - can't install WC in my new computer *SOLVED*

I got a new computer and tried to use the CD I got when I purchased the WC software.  When I try to install the .netframe, I get an error message that reads "Error executing file E:\dotnetfx.exe The requested operation requires elevation."  The only thing to click is OK, but doing that just makes the error message disappear.

So for those of us who are computer challenged, what does this mean and where can I download 7.1 pro for my new computer?  (The old computer was running Windows XP and the new one is running Vista.)

Hi, I run WrapCandy 7.3 Pro using Vista 64-bit.

Make sure you set your account to admin then do the netframe install, then 7.1.

To access your account setttings:

Click Start
Click Control Panel
Click User Accounts
Click Change Your Account Type (check to see that it is set to Administrator)
Click OK or cancel to leave that area
Click Turn User Account Control On or Off
Uncheck the box if it is checked
Click OK
I leave my user account control OFF

You should then be able to follow the directins Ryan gave below.

Browse the CD rom drive instead of running the auto-run.  Right click the dotnetfx file and click RUN AS ADMIN
