I would like to make boxes for my son's weddings favors. (cake pops) Something really pretty.. I have searched and I'm running around in circles..I don't even know where to begin...HELP! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.....

delightful doodles has some great boxes. If you have a cricut you can buy one of the cartridges that has a box template on it.

The colors are Champagne...Malibu(a shade of blue) and silver. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks.. I will check the website, I don't have a cricut...is this something I will need or should consider purchasing? Trust me... I do not know what I'm doing or where to begin. Just something I want to do...

if you purchase from delightful doodles you would not need the cricut, the designs from delightful doodles you print and cut by hand.

Michelle mentioned the cricut in case you did have one there are many differnt boxes that you could choose from . The cricut is a more expensive machine ....you can do a lot with it but it is not a necessary tool to have. Most all of the boxes can be made by hand without a cricut machine, but the Cricut makes it easier and quicker, it does a lot of the work for you .

what kind of boxes are you thinking of? not sure what would work with cake pops .....the cardstock would absorb the oils from the cake pops, so ou would have to have some sort of protective barrier .....I am not saying it isnt possible just throwing out some things for you to think about.

Do you have a sample of the tone of blue you need?

I was going to put the pops individually in a bag, tie it with a ribbon and put the pops in a box or bag. I've found the pinch bags. That may be an option worth considering!!!!

sounds like that should work nicely ...so yes just deciding on the box is your next move

I'm sure this has been answered before. I have a Cricut and just got the new Tags, Bags, Boxes & More 2. I haven't used it yet. But, have done many of Delightful Doodles boxes. Those you can personalize. Is there a way to do the same with the Cricut templates?

It can be done either with using a font cartridge if you wanted to do it that way...or by cutting a box with the Cricut, then lining up where you need to print from your print to cardstock and then getting the spacing right. BTW i love this cart been cutting with everyday this week.
