Author Topic: Ryan/Lee Help with accessing Wrapcandy Catalog (Read 1302 times)

I am having trouble accessing the catalog. I have accessed it in the past with no problem but now I am receiving this message:
Cannot create session file: a7ed2054fddfb6564955ed82339d860f-8
Please chmod folder amember/data/new_rewrite/ to 777. Can someone please help? Thank you!

Lori, I tried and got the same error. I will send to Lee and Ryan. Thanks for the alert. Just fyi, this morning I am not able to access quite a bit from the old forum. Perhaps Ryan is working on it, but I'm sure we will get an answer soon.

P- did you try to open anything when you went that route? I just did and it opens just fine,just like it did for me from the main page, but if you click on an item to download it, thats when you get the error msg, well i do.

worked okay for me...I downloaded 3 soe wrappers, gallon can, mint book, mini, rolo .... just to test

......sorry others are having problems with it though ~

It had to do with a security update on the server which I had to remove as the old forum would not work. It should be working now.
