Clear Cache* Empty History*

Start/Control Panel/Internet Options and delete all temp files, all history, all cookies and increase your cache in the Settings tab to 1024MB. Drop your History down to 0 days instead of 20. Do only those 3 as you do not want to delete Passwords.

Do this clearing at least once per week as it will help performance of your computer and while on the forum.

Sometimes I do too...but when things seem slow...I got and clear and things run better.
