I need help..all of a sudden when I hit print, nothing is happening..I have gotten a message about updating server? I don't understand what is going on? I can print from other programs but not Wrapcandy. I hope someone can help me.

I am assuming that you have printed before without any problems. Which version are you using at the moment.

Sometimes a quick reinstall will help.

Have you changed any settings for priniting? Have you tried printing another wrapper?

Have you made any changes to your printers driver?

Did you hit Print Preview? If so, did anything show up?

What version of WrapCandy are you using?

Are you using Windows Vista (32- or 64-bit?) or Windows XP?

Hi Ryan..I haven't answered you cause today was my daughter's engagement party..thank goodness that all of my wrappers were done and this didn't happen...to answer your questions.
1. I am presently using 7.3basic
2.I did do the quick install
3. Yes I did change settings for printer, but for the life of me I don't remember what I did..i went back to check and everything seems okay???
4. Yes the printer's driver is okay..my husband did check that.
5. When I go to Print Preview..all is okay.

The only thing I found strange happening is that for the past few daysÂ i was getting a message to the effect that something was not updated to the server??? Don't know what that means and this happened while i was working within wrapcandy, I do want to take the plunge and go to 7.3Pro..there seems to be more things that I think I can handle and do, finally!Thanks to all for asking all the questions...you are like doctors!!!

don't know if this means anything..I am usingÂ Vista 64 bit ..but everything has been working well until yesterday afternoon.Another thing is that ever since I went to 7.3basic, nothing would happen when i just clicked Print..I had to go to Print Preview and print from there without any trouble...

I have Vista 64-bit and I have always had to use the Print Preview to print since I got the Vista 64-bit in May 2008. I cannot print by using the print button. I am using WC 7.3 Pro.

It will print on your default printer, using that printer's default settings. I have to go change my printer settings every time I want to print from WC. I use higher-quality setting for WC projects than for testing, etc.

I DIDN'T HAVE ANY TROUBLE UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON..I MUST HAVE HIT SOMETHING IN THE PRINTING AREA..OTHERWISE IHAVE BEEN USING VISTA 64 SINCE NOVEMBER WITHOUT TROUBLE...I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT I DID!!!!

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! EVERYTHING ELSE I DID IN WRAPCANDY IS PRINTING.....EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE LAST THING I WANTED TO DO..NO BIG DEAL..I DECIDED TO DELETE AND WE ARE BACK IN "BUSINESS"! I AM A HAPPY PERSON TODAY..NOW HOW TO I GO FROM 7.3 BASIC TO PRO?
