Labels are printing black

Just reinstalled wrap candy on my laptop and the labels are printing all black.  Trying to do mintbooks for tomorrow oh no can someone please help.

check if you have something changed to print black and white only ...also check if you might need a new color cartridge....
sorry , those are the best suggestions I have at this point.....can you give us more info ?? can you print in color from any other programs ??

Thanks Paula for responding.  I can print other labels with no problem in color no settings are being changed.  I'm actually trying to print the graduation damask mintbooks that you shared on the forum.
