Must Have Mod for Zen Cart Recover Sales

I just found this modification yesterday and it is awesome. 

My next favorite modification is Recover Cart Sales. 

Often times, customers add products to their cart and then abandon them (don't complete their purchase)

This mod allows you to see what your customers have left in their carts and provides a way to follow up with them easily.

See images below to see what it looks like in your admin, and to see a sample follow up email (you just click send, the mod does the rest)

I don't use zen-cart, but it works just like it. It is called cs-cart. I have this option but if the person who put it in their basket hasn't become a member of the site, i can't see thjier name. Frustrates me as sometimes I know that my items are too new for the greek market and people are probably shy about asking

I absolutely love this mod and it is worth every penny. You have total control over it and I can see lots of possible benefits to having this one installed. It amazes me how some mods can make your site so much easier to run. This one is a must.
