I have lived in Oklahoma for most of my life and have always enjoyed roses so that is how I decided upon the username of Oklahoma_Rose. Presently I am living with my husband in Tulsa. While doing some research pertaining to my screen name, it also seems that the Hybrid Tea Rose, also referred to as the Oklahoma Rose has been The Official State Flower of Oklahoma since November 1, 2004. What a sweet coincidence!!
