During the year 2004 I went on a low carb diet and was very sucessful. I lost 100 pounds. Low Carb dieting does work!! I lost the 100 pounds through low carb dieting alone... I did not take any DRUGS, I did not have any type of gastric surgery, nor did I even exercise!! My new eating motto is ... "EAT MEAT, NOT WHEAT!!!" Low fat diets simply DO NOT work!! My name is Carol and I live on Long Island in New York. I have been happily married for 31+ years to Tom. I have three lovely daughters; Tamara 30, Tracey 27, and Theresa 24.
